Buyer matchmaking
Buyers invited to your stand
Before the fair, we research the market you are exhibiting in, prepare a list of potential buyers, contact them and invite them to visit your stand during the fair. We do this for fairs in China, Türkiye and our other markets.
Book your stand and its design and build with us, and you get buyer matchmaking at a preferential rate. Each fair is quoted separately, and we do not promise a number of buyers, meetings or visitors.

Agencies can use us as their ground partner in Shanghai, and in Istanbul once our office opens.
Contracts and payment
Contracts and payment through Hong Kong
Every contract is signed with SourceProGZ Limited in Hong Kong. Payment is by USD bank transfer, with a contract and an invoice. You never carry cash abroad or pay a builder you do not know.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Do you provide a Canton Fair interpreter?
- Yes. We arrange Chinese and English trade fair interpreters for the Canton Fair in Guangzhou and for fairs in Shanghai, and our founder gives Turkish support. Interpreters are booked on request and quoted separately.
- Can you be my Canton Fair sourcing agent?
- Yes. We help you shortlist suppliers at the fair, visit their factories after it and check them before you place an order. We work for you, the buyer.
- Do you arrange factory visits after the fair?
- Yes. After the fair we plan visits to the factories you met and check the production site before you order.
- Can you build our stand for a fair in Türkiye?
- Yes. We design and build stands for exhibitors in Türkiye, with the booth booking included in the package. Contracts and payment go through our Hong Kong company.
- How do contracts and payments work?
- You sign with SourceProGZ Limited in Hong Kong and pay by USD bank transfer, with a contract and an invoice. You never carry cash abroad or pay a builder you do not know.
