The fair is held every two years. The best time to plan is five to six months before, which is now.
We recommend confirming your stand design at least six weeks before the fair. Send us your stand size, hall and stand number and we start the same week.

- Can you build the same stand we used at another fair?
- Yes. Send us photos, drawings or the 3D file of your stand and we adapt it to your space at wire and Tube Eurasia.
- Do you handle the approval and registration with the fair?
- Yes. We prepare and submit the stand design, register the build and arrange the deposits the fair asks for. Third party charges such as the power connection are listed separately in the quote, in writing, before you sign.
- How do contracts and payments work?
- You sign with SourceProGZ Limited in Hong Kong and pay by USD bank transfer, with a contract and an invoice: 70% on signing and 30% before the build, after you see your stand in the factory.
- Can you provide interpreters at the fair?
- Yes. Chinese, English and Turkish interpreters on request, quoted separately. Our founder supports you in English, Turkish, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
- When should we book?
- As early as possible. We recommend confirming your stand design at least six weeks before the fair.
