GZ Visions operates as a structured cross-border trading partner — not a sourcing agent, not a brokerage, not a freelancer. Our commercial layer is registered in Hong Kong; our operational and export layer is licensed in Shanghai. This two-tier architecture is the standard model used by the largest industrial trading houses moving goods between Chinese manufacturing and the global market.

You sign one contract. That contract is enforceable under a common-law jurisdiction that international banks, insurers, and arbitration bodies recognize without friction. Payment is invoiced and received through our offshore entity, in USD or EUR, against the documentation package you require. The physical shipment then moves under our licensed mainland export operation through China's national customs system — with full HS-code declaration, VAT-refunded documentation, and proper origin certification. You are protected on both sides: contractually offshore, operationally onshore.

Every order is delivered with the complete documentation suite: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin (CO, Form A, or applicable FTA), mill test certificates and chemical composition reports, fumigation certificate where required, and third-party pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek on request — under pre-agreed cost terms.
